Change happens from the top–>down and I realized that in order to implement across the board changes in a business, I would have to start at the top. This means great leaders would somehow have to own the majority of a business to have any say how the business is run… After an encouraging nudge from God, I decided to start a Venture Capital business with Management Consulting services. Thus, I currently run a business called Light Point Holdings, which does just what the name imply’s – LPH ‘holds’ ownership in several different businesses.
